Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that Walter Robbins as Executor
of the above named estate, has filed his final account in settlement of said estate and petition for distribution and that the same has been set for hearing in said Superior Court of Delaware County No. 2 at the Court House in the City of Muncie, Indiana, on the 5th of February, 1979 at which time all persons entitled to share in the final distribution of said estate are hereby notified to appear in said Court and make proof of their heirship or claim to any part of said estate and show cause why such account should not be approved.*
